- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must be experienced in the field of Customer service and Telemarketing activities
- A computer running Windows and must not be older than 3 years
- Broadband Connection: Cable or DSL
- A professional work environment
- Neutral English Accent
- Ability to pass a simple Reading Comprehension, Personality Profile, and Basic Computer Skills test
- Experienced at least 6 months working in a call center
- Must be a graduate of a reputable college or university
- Must be willing to work at least 20hours weekly
