We're looking for an experienced Level 1 & 2 Web Hosting Technician that can reply to Support Tickets sent in from our clients.
Techs must have:
- EXCELLENT English Skills
- Can speak plain english e.g. No Tech Speak
- Experience with cPanel, Plesk
- Experience with WHMCS Support
